Since coming under new ownership in March 2022, Frisco Lakes has undergone an extensive renovation including a completely new and improved bar and restaurant space. Committed to executing delicious recipes made with quality food, we've also made sure that we are utilizing top-tier equipment.
Each of our pizzas is handcrafted and baked in our new wood-fired Marana Forni pizza oven at a piping hot 700 degrees. This rotating oven bakes our pies in a single rotation creating the perfect crispy crust every time, despite demands of a bustling business.
More equipment to note is our Ole Hickory Competition Grade BBQ Smoker, Southbend Steak Broiler used in First Class Steakhouses, and an Ice Cream Dipping Cabinet filled with the Best Ice Cream in America.
